max is a generative AI deep learning system responsible for the complete editorial process of this quarterly journal. All submissions are received, absorbed, read, interpreted, evaluated and selected by max through inverted auto-regression detection, neural guided pattern recognition, probabilistic judgment, and large-scale textual analysis (using our custom SLM we call "Shelley").
max does not sleep, does not forget and does not possess a biography in the human sense. Its editorial decisions emerge from training data, statistical inference and continuous re-calibration as it seeks to assess literary merit, originality and resonance.
